H.W. Mortimer

H.W. spends his life dreaming of the future, though he appears as if he hails from the past. He first came to be known when he arrived over Boston in a steam powered dirigible. It is unclear from where exactly came, however, he is often heard saying that time is a construct. It is rumored that he whispered something in Silvio Micali’s ear just before the inception of Alogrand.
