Plant a Tree Program
Current Goal is 5k Trees.
Inspired by Algorand’s carbon negative approach we wanted to create an NFT series that also gave back to the environment. It is our hope that we can inspire other projects to contribute positively to the environment as well as to bring awareness to the unique properties of the Algorand blockchain that make it the perfect platform for creating NFTs.
We have partnered with Australian organisation Carbon Neutral and initially pledged to plant a minimum of one tree for each NFT created. Following the overwhelming success of the first launch this has been revised and we now aim to plant at least 5000 a forest during the project. These tree’s will be planted within the Yarra Yarra Biodervisity Corridor in South Western Australia and protected by covenant for at least 100 years.
